• Evaluations: will be needed to find the right fit for any player who would like to play in non-beginner groups - please reach out to book an evaluation through contact@if.tennis noting the players name, date of birth, and playing experience.

• High Performance+: players must maintain a minimum UTR of 4+ for High Performance groups (3+ for U12, 7+ for Infinite Performance) and also have Director's approval. Any other students will be assigned to their appropriate level groups (i.e Tournament).

• Family Saturday/Sunday for Mini Red, Orange, & Green ball groups, lessons run alongside adult lessons, join with the whole family!
• New students: no lesson registrations for non-beginner groups can be accepted until after confirmation of evaluated level

• Makeups - No makeups are guaranteed, we try our best to offer possible makeups, however sometimes schedules don’t allow for all makeups to be taken. Only up to 2 makeups for missed lessons in the winter session with at least 24 hours prior notice of absence or illness, to be taken during the session.
• Refunds - Credits, refunds, and carryovers to other sessions are not possible for any program including lessons, UTR, play days, or fitness.
